From the April 28, 1997 Washington Post
Description:
In October the company bought Consolidated Computer Investors, a privately held computer network integration company. That acquisition came seven months after Halifax's purchase of CMS Automation Inc., a computer systems company based in Richmond. In the internal growth category, Halifax won a five-year, $12.5 million subcontract in June from the University of California Los Alamos National Laboratory to provide desktop computer maintenance and repair services. In November the company said it would split its 1.33 million publicly traded shares of stock on a 3 for 2 basis.
