At a news conference with French President Jacques Chirac, President Clinton advocated a "wait and see" approach on seizing Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic to stand trial for atrocities in Kosovo. The two leaders met in Paris to celebrate their unity during the Kosovo conflict.
